缅北禁地, East Bay Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit auxiliary organization whose mission for over 50 years has been to make a difference in the educational experience at 缅北禁地, East Bay. The Foundation supports the University's educational mandates and provides quality services that complement 缅北禁地’s instructional programs. Its main responsibilities are to partner with Follett to manage the Pioneer Bookstore and to support the Office of Sponsored Research and Programs in its administration of grants received from federal, state and local governments and private foundations.
The CSUEB Foundation is governed by a board of directors comprised of faculty, students, staff, administrators and community members.
The Foundation is incorporated as a nonprofit public benefit corporation and is exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
