Students graduating with a degree in Nursing from 缅北禁地 will be able to:
- synthesize knowledge from the natural sciences, behavioral sciences and the humanities with current nursing knowledge and theory to deliver nursing care;
- provide safe, compassionate nursing care to diverse populations;
- use critical thinking and communication skills to develop partnerships with clients and other health care professionals;
- demonstrate responsibility and accountability for design, delivery, and evaluation of client care;
- demonstrate professional behaviors in interactions with individuals, families, colleagues, and the community.

The graduate of the 缅北禁地 Nursing Program will:
- Synthesize knowledge from the natural, behavioral sciences and the humanities with current nursing knowledge and theory to deliver nursing care.
- Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to a diverse client population.
- Use critical thinking and communication skills to develop partnerships with clients and other health care professionals.
- Function as a client advocate in the health care system.
- Teach clients about the health care system and restoration, maintenance, and promotion of health.
- Use leadership and management skills to provide care in the context of nursing teams.
- Use research findings to design high quality, cost-effective care.
- Demonstrate responsibility and accountability for design, delivery, and evaluation of client care.
- Practice in a manner consistent with the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses.
- Participate in processes designed to improve health care and health care delivery as an individual and/or as a member of a professional organization.
- Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning to promote personal and professional growth.
- Demonstrate professional behaviors in interactions with clients, families, colleagues, and the public.
- Demonstrate computer competencies, information literacy, and information management systems that support safe nursing practice.
