Applications for the 24-25 Fellowship Program are now Open

The Women in Leadership (WIL) Fellowship is a transformative program designed to empower and equip college students with the skills, knowledge, and network to become influential leaders in their chosen fields. This unique experience offers a blend of mentorship, networking, leadership development, and real-world application.

Submit your application by Tuesday, October 1, 2024.

Our Vision

To enhance the potential for graduates and alumni to advance in their professional journeys. Create awareness of the capabilities they need to navigate through their careers, and empower them through training, coaching and mentorship. Encourage them to “build the muscle” needed through active engagement and leadership in social impact and community programs. Ultimately, create a network effect where successful alumni in turn can lift others.

Non-profits - we are seeking social impact projects that will enhance your organization
