The Difficult Dialogue sessions are conversations that are created to promote equity, advance justice and foster change in higher education. This series specifically at 缅北禁地 are created to provide a space to "Start the Conversation" because starting the conversation on topics that can be divisive or controversial is often the first challenge.
This series of dialogue is facilitated by faculty and staff who have gone through 2 full-day facilitation training on leading difficult dialogue. These faculty and staff members are members of the 缅北禁地 community and are committed to fostering inclusion for faculty, staff and students.
Difficult Dialogue Sessions are open to all faculty, staff, and students and does not require a registration to attend. These sessions will be led by 缅北禁地 faculty and staff supported by the Office of Diversity.
Come and join us as we dive into challenging dialogue and "Start the Conversation" to help foster inclusion through discussions.
