The following websites, apps, and podcasts support self-help for a variety of specific communities. Please note that none are a substitute for a relationship with a professional counselor. Descriptions are taken from the resources themselves.

Communities

 - Collectively building a community for Asian mental health support.  Includes and podcast.

Stories of Stigma: South Asian Mental Health () - A one-stop resource for South Asians to learn about and address mental health concerns with each other. Our mission is to encourage healthy, open dialogue of mental health issues in an effort to remove stigma, improve awareness and promote self-care.
